Hypnosis $125- 60 mins
Hypnosis is a relaxed, focused state where your mind is more open to positive suggestions. A trained hypnotherapist guides you to access your subconscious to help with things like stress, habits, sleep, or confidence. You stay aware and in control the whole time.
Private yoga sessions: online or in person- Tantra/Kundalini Yoga: $25- 60 min or $100 for 8 sessions per month.
